Indigo is a full-stack company – we do R&D, Manufacturing of both presses and supplies (we have a large production facility in Kiryat Gat), Marketing, Sales, and field service.Our R&D team is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Team Leader to guide our dynamic team in creating groundbreaking multidisciplinary systems from inception to reality.   Responsibilities:Develop the sub-system development plan from initial customer requirements through to product release, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Lead and manage tasks for the multi-disciplinary team, including problem-solving, defining priorities, and exploring innovative solutions to meet project challenges.Coordinate with various teams involved in the development process, ensuring the seamless integration of different components. Managing communication channels to facilitate collaboration and alignment across diverse technical areas, driving the project towards its objectives effectively.Present the development plan for the subsystem and outline the necessary resources needed for its implementation. Requirements:BSc in Mechanical Engineering - A must, MSc - An advantageAt least 6 years' proven experience in the multidisciplinary industryExperience as an R&D engineer in a multidisciplinary companyAt least 3 years' experience in leading a teamExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsGood presentation skills.Excellent communication skills & a team playerThank you for taking the time to review our job; if you think it matches your experience and interests, please apply today; we are eager to learn more about you!Do you want to know more about us?
