Global accounts: Presales consultantDescription -Job scope/summary:This role is responsible for building strong customer technical relationships and tailoring solutions for their unique business needs while supporting recommendations with compelling business cases. The role manages proof-of-concept projects, contributes to technical documentation, and simplifies technical information for customers. The role analyzes market competition, gathers customer feedback, and shares insights with the product development team for improvement.Must have technical skills : PS technical consultant (PC)Nice to have technical skills: hybrid PS/print Technical consultant.The job is aimed to support CEE Tier 1 accounts (mostly Germany ands Switzerland).
