Eastern Central Europe Print Business AnalystDescription -Job Summary:As Business Analyst will be part of a broader team of 12 people working as Category Managers for Printing Business from 8 countries along with the manager based in Greece. You will responsible of providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Supporting key processes such as business planning, forecasting, unit allocation to countries/orders, country business reviews. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Responsibilities:Conducts and summarizes complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, including revenue and demand projections, workforce optimization, and channel management.Constructs statistical and financial models with minimal direction to forecast business performance.Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, and compares actual data to forecasted values.Analyzes sales data and compiles information for reports (e.g., pipeline forecasting, quality assurance); identifies trends and makes observations.Support Eastern Central Europe Home and Office Print Country Category Managers for operational and planning functionsManages open order (backlog) report issues resolution and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay; communicates status and escalates issues as necessary.Resolves order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis; serves as a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., testing new systems to ensure order management system works correctly).Education & Experience Recommended:Typically 3-4 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.First level university degree with recommended focus in business, finance, computer or data science.Knowledge & Skills:Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation);Mastery in English and Greek as well as other languages as required.Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage data requests.Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.Strong knowledge of Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Developing project management skills.We’re looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
