We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to help us develop/upgrade/refine this application system to address business needs and extend the adoption to further groups.What you’ll be doing:Participate in requirements gathering, crafting system specifications, software code, documentation, and training materials.Analyze and transform business requirements into technical solutions.Design, develop and deliver high-quality Windchill PLM solutions to meet business requirements.Develop solutions by extending the Windchill PLM framework & integrations to meet business needs at the global scale.What we need to see:B.E/B.Tech or equivalent experience3 years experience as a software engineerHands-on development on Windchill PLM application using Java/J2EE stack, preferably on cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure)In-depth functional and technical knowledge of the Windchill PLM applicationExperience as a software developer in configuring and customizing Windchill core modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA)Experience developing scalable and secure solutions using Windchill APIs, Info Engine, XML, JavaScript, JSP and JMSExcellent knowledge of Windchill Architecture, Database, Configuration Management, Change Management, Lifecycles and Workflows customization.Proven knowledge of Windchill integration development and tools (Windchill ESI and TIBCO)Exposure to Windchill REST API architecture to build and integrate the API with other systems is a plus.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and advocate for Continuous Integration Delivery (CI/CD) based application developmentExcellent learning and interpersonal skills to work independently as well with a global teamWays to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge of MCAD and ECAD tools (Creo, Cadence)Experience with ThingWorxExperience with Windchill Bulk Migrator for data migrationUnderstands Performance and testingExperience with tools like JMeter to validate application performanceNVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
