This platform runs our entire infrastructure and all the services that come together to form ebay.com.IT Support Specialist onsite:act as point of contact and provide guidance while maintaining the highest level of customer service and attention to detail.Assist with day to day operation in our IT walk-in area and daily Service RequestsProvide hardware and software support to end users based on reported IT issues/requestsRecord, categorise and prioritise service requests via tickets in the ticket management systemMonitor support queue tickets daily – identify gaps and escalate to managerSupport the Knowledge base and ensure articles are accurate and update or create as requirements or process changeSupport video and teleconference technology, printers and various brands of hardware (Windows and Mac)Support remote based employees in and out of same countryEnable accurate procurement request and inventory management including auditing and reportingPerform asset management tasks, inventory, audits and disposals onsiteAssist in projects for expansion and mergers and acquisitionsBasic Qualifications:Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbalUnderstanding of IT environments and professional experience in IT SupportStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office SuiteCustomer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding supportAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience in administration and troubleshooting of Windows and MacOSExperience with mobile devices management with iOS and AndroidBenefits:Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
