eBay, Inc. seeks Sr Designer 1 in San Jose, CAJob Duties: Create world-class, user-centered designs incorporating customer needs, business requirements, technical feasibility, and future trends. Design and prototype cross-platform digital product experiences that are easy to use, beautiful, and delight eBay’s customers. Draft sketches, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and animations at appropriate fidelities. Periodically present design work and negotiate future direction with design leaders, product partners, and executives.  Research design concepts to find the best solutions, balancing the business objectives with the customers’ needs. Collaborate daily with other designers and User Experience teammates to contribute to a thriving design culture. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
