eBay, Inc. seeks Policy Specialist 4 in New York, NY  Job Duties: Design risk-assessment models and methodologies to improve risk controls based on large incidents, near misses, product and portfolio analysis. Develop and implement risk policy frameworks to manage fraud and credit risk ,products and portfolio threats, access policies, fraud prevention, limits and funds availability and monitor the performance of risk strategies. Research, gather and analyze large data sets to deliver scalable risk management policies through the seller lifecycle, like gcx, business rules, decision science, product and legal. Identify and analyze areas of potential risk and provide recommendations on improvement in policy, operations, and outputs. Collaborate with regional businesses, product owners, engineering, incident management and risk operations organizations to set prioritization and facilitate the implementation of important risk strategies. Telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics and Information Management, Business or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.Special Skill Requirements:(1)    SQL(2)    Machine Learning(3)    Python(4)    Statistics(5)    Tableau(6)    Big Data(7)    Data Visualization(8)    Ecommerce or financial risk managementBase Salary: $152,506 – 176,550 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
