FACILITIES What We Do Our Facilities team is responsible for building a unique and creative environment for our growing teams and offices around the world. From Cary to Berlin to Shanghai, our Facilities team selects, designs, and maintains our global campuses. Facilities takes part in guaranteeing the everyday operations at our offices run smoothly, organizing and orchestrating global support as well as leading the build-out of our new 450,000 square foot headquarters located in Cary, NC. What You'll Do As the Office Administrator for our London Lab, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests, extending a warm welcome and setting the stage for their experience with us. Central to this role is the presentation of Epic Games ecosystem tech demos, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase cutting-edge technology. Additionally, you will organise industry events, internal team socials and other occasions. In this role, you will Have an eye for detail and ensure the lab is ready for guests Set up and test all the demos and tech (Consoles, PC’s, headsets and AV Equipment) Oversee the Lab calendar - ensuring correct bookings, and logistics Assist with event planning, coordination and execution Be flexible in your approach and a natural problem solver What we're looking for An ability to hold strong rapport with a vast variety of guests, clients and colleagues from different industries and backgrounds Someone who is technically savvy, with an ability to showcase, build and troubleshoot demos exhibiting Epic Games ecosystem An individual with a natural curiosity, a deep passion for technology and eager to learn new tools Excellent organisation and coordination skills and an ability to juggle a multitude of day to day events being hosted at the London Lab Someone with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise them accordingly EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE We pay 100% for benefits except for PMI (for dependents).
