EMEA Video Content Operations is at the heart of Apple Media Products (AMP), powering key aspects of the customer viewing and browsing experience of the Apple TV app ensuring Apple Media Products have the quality and coverage needed to offer the best customer experience, powering Apple TV app and Universal Search. This is a 12 month, parental leave contract based in Cork, Ireland. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Video QC or UMC Experience Experience with iPhone, iPad, Siri and AppleTV Experience with macOS, tvOS and iOS Advanced Excel and Tableau skills & an understanding of database architecture Vendor management experience Aptitude for coordinating with groups working on various projects Motivation to be determined and deliver results in a dynamic environment with constantly changing requirements Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail Expert research abilities Ability to navigate ambiguity and make good judgment calls with information at hand Real passion for and knowledge of the film and TV industry Ability to diagnose problem areas and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions Fluency in English, other languages are a plus! Self-Managed, effective communicator, analytical mindset & process orientated. Description Description As a Video Content Operation Lead, you will be responsible for an EMEA-based team of vendors, while working cooperatively with international teams across all regions to partner, supervise and improve the quality of our products, processes and partner data integrations. You will manage and monitor projects and workflows, whilst diagnosing problem areas and identifying trends to propose short and long-term solutions.
