We are looking for an experienced analog/mixed-signal IC design engineer with in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art analog IC design & verification tools to lead the development of complex IPs and drive the alignment between cross-functional teams. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experience leading complex analog/mixed-signal ADC designs from concept to high-volume production Deep knowledge of transistor-level design Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal design techniques such as small-signal analysis, feedback loop theory and noise analysis Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts such as mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques Experience with analog/mixed-signal IC development from definition to production including layout supervision, lab evaluation and characterization Experience in silicon characterization and debugging of mixed-signal circuits, including experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and signal generators Experience with Matlab Design experience in FinFet CMOS technology is a plus Experience with Verilog-A/AMS behavioural modelling is a plus Proficiency in English language is required Description Description Lead the development of data converters and other analog/mixed-signal circuits as IP deliveries. Work with cross-functional teams to architect and implement state-of-the-art analog/mixed-signal circuits from initial specifications and concept towards high-volume production. Coordinate analog and digital design activity, align IP verification and integration topics and drive mask design to implement layout view of designs. Coordinate with IP consumers, define production/bench-level test plans, and conduct design reviews of blocks with peers/management to show that the design meets specification targets and requirements. Education & Experience Education & Experience Ph.D/Masters Degree in Electric Engineering with relevant experience.
