Job Requisition ID #24WD76644Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Agile development team! Reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering, you will be part of the team responsible for building foundational services, contribute to the development of Autodesk' next generation of Customer Identity Access Management Platform that is used by 150+ Autodesk desktop, mobile , web applications and cloud services as well as a growing third-party developer ecosystem for managing user authentication, authorization, profile and entitlements. The service is one of the key business enablers serving millions of customers every day. In this hybrid role, you will be working on cutting edge AWS technologies as you build the next generation of the Autodesk's Identity Platform.ResponsibilitiesYou will work as a member of self-organized agile team that builds, owns and runs the serviceYou will contribute to all aspects of service development including front-end, back-end, DevOps and qualityYou will assist in the operation of the service, e.g. monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging and troubleshootingWork closely with architect and product management to understand requirements and translate them to elegant implementationsUse the current system behaviour to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the scalability, reliability, usability and security of the systemYou will troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues involving multiple system componentsAdvocate for the service within the org to help the product teams to integrateMinimum QualificationBS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field5 years and above of experience in building cloud native restful web servicesExpert level experience with programming languages such as Go-lang/C#/JavaProficiency in frontend development such as JavaScript/HTML/CSS/ReactStrong experience with relational and non-relational data storesExpert level experience in building services with high performance, high availability at internet scaleSolid understanding of software design and architectural patternsCommitted to quality, including security and performancestrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to pick up new languages, tools and design patterns as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with OIDC, OAuth2 and related API Authorization protocols would be a definite plusExperience with agile methodologiesExperience with AWS stack and containers is a plus#LI-PW1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
