Job Requisition ID #24WD76654Position OverviewAs an Implementation Consultant, your software/product knowledge will help our customers to get the best out of their Autodesk AEC products, put solutions into real world practice. You will analyze existing workflows and processes in the context of the customer's business and project goals. Working with important stakeholders and project teams, you will help define new workflows, configuring software, training users, and mentoring project teams to ensure successful implementation. By documenting your engagement and applying a "train-the-trainer" approach, you will help our customer's scale impactful solutions across their organization to achieve meaningful business results. You will also work closely with the Autodesk product teams to provide feedback based on client experiences and stay up to speed on product development roadmaps. You will work in a hybrid work environment and required to be in the office 2 times in a week. You will report to Manager - Professional Services ConsultingResponsibilitiesAnalyse existing workflows and processesKnowledge on Autodesk products like Revit MEP, Plant 3D, BIM 360, ACC.Knowledge on BIM workflows and industry standardsExcellent Communication Skills.Process definition and implementation of new technologies and workflowsProvide coaching, change management to customers (external & partnersProvide solutions to meet customer and industry challenges based on Autodesk product solutionsLead implementation consulting engagements with customersApply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflowsGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use casesConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirementsDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk productsCollaborate with customers (external), partners and internal stakeholders consulting groups (internal) to resolve technical issuesProvide feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvementsProvide mentoring to customers to increase adoption and consumptionProvide coachingto partners to enable the scalable delivery of packages service offeringsProvide input to sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organizationContribute task estimation and task description in Scopes of Work and scope clarification with customersTravel up to 30%Minimum QualificationsBachelor or Master's degree in engineeringKnowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Plant 3DExperience working in a common data environmentIndustry experience: Building, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas or Construction.Minimum 8 years+ relevant experience (although the preference would be for 10 years)Preferred QualificationsExperience in advanced facilities projectsKnowledge of Autodesk BIM 360/ACCExperience with Revit Structure or other products of Autodesk's PortfolioAdvanced degree (MS, Ph.D.)The Ideal CandidateSpeed: We strive to move as fast as our environment allows, empowering people to favour small sprints and course correction towards desired outcomesSimplicity: Have an approach and mindset to avoid unnecessary complexity and duplication; keep things simple to achieve quicker outcomes and always keeping the big picture in mindInnovation: Collaborate with a variety of sources to learn new ways of solving problems and keeps an eye on changes in business and technologyImpact: Using know how to identify solutions that add value and result in a positive impact on others.
