Job Requisition ID #24WD76438Position OverviewAs a Program Manager reporting to the Business Operations Manager for Marketing, you lead initiatives that shape the way Worldwide Marketing delivers value to internal and external customers. From enabling our Organization's Operating Model to defining and delivering readiness plans, you are a critical partner in ensuring we achieve Worldwide Marketing's strategic and foundational business objectives.To be successful in this role, your superpowers include thoughtfully aligning diverse groups on a common path forward. You also have strengths in building meaningful relationships, leading working sessions, and storytelling. You are passionate about positively affecting Worldwide Marketing, the customer-facing account team, and Autodesk's business overall.This is a hybrid role, both office and remote-based.ResponsibilitiesManage initiatives that require diverse stakeholder management and coordinationUnderstand our customers' requirements, define success metrics, and manage tactical plans to meet those requirementsAchieve tactical milestones and also zoom out to frame specific recommendations and initiatives within broader team or organizational strategyBridge our internal product organizations and marketing, ensuring that each team has the information they need to accomplish shared outcomesPrioritize work and coordinate support across multiple functions to achieve project objectivesApproach challenges with curiosity and suggest solutions or alternative approaches as paths forwardBreak down silos to leverage ideas and solutions from across the businessIdentify best practices and areas for improvement and propose alternative approaches to the way our team worksManage program tracking, status updates, and other reportingMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of work experience, with combined exposure to sales or marketing program management or operations, in SaaS / Cloud environmentExperience in demand generation, lead management, campaign management, marking systems, or marketing dataExperience in change management, process definition, enablement, communications and implementationAnalytical and data-driven.
