Reviews payroll inputs as received from various Final Pay process owners for processing, and provides the relevant guidance to ensure all transactions are processed within SLA2. Validates final pay results to ensure accuracy of last pay processed and compliance to DoLE standards3. Resolves escalations and SEnA / NLRC cases in a timely manner4. Assists the Payroll Supervisor and the Payroll Manager, and coordinates with HR or People Advocates for escalations and urgent final pay cases5. Ensures all final pay and clearance trackers are updated6. Ensures that final pay emails are attended to and resolved daily. Proactively connects with former employees through all forms of communications to ensure proper setting of expectations and address concerns7. Assists the core Payroll group in reconciling the final pay of terminated employees as part of the tax annualization exercises8. Prepares & releases BIR 2316 forms (Terminated) as needed and during tax annualization exercises.9. Submits relevant payroll reports to stakeholders and to the accounting department for booking10. Closely coordinates with Payroll Team Leader or Payroll Manager to upload bank files for processing within agreed SLA11. Works on ad hoc tasks such as but not limited to DoLE reports, compliance audits, process documentation, payment of invoices, and other projects that may be assigned from time to time by the Payroll Manager Qualifications:Applicants must be a graduate of any business-related coursesExperience in doing end-to-end payroll and final pay is a requirement for this positionA minimum of 2 years of experience in Final Pay processing and computation, a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet/Workspace is a mustCommunication skills in English should be professionalWilling to work onsite and on a shifting scheduleWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
