As the Product Manager of Real Time Customer Data Profile (RTCDP), you will lead the identification and articulation of use cases, evaluation of capabilities, determination of data requirements, and oversight of implementation. Success in this position requires effective coordination across various organizations and subject areas specifically in marketing, marketing ops, data, and web.  What you will Do  Partner with marketing owners to translate executive priorities into use cases and user stories.  Lead segment creation, use case activation, testing and enablement. Identify data needed for execution of use cases, coordinate with IT and data engineering to source, and connect the data to RTCDP.  Own and maintain segmentation guide for marketers to understand what use cases are achievable within the current data model.  Understand diverse needs of our users to segment and activate our audiences, enabling the user to unlock the value of RTCDP and delivering a positive customer experience.  Document findings, qualify value, and recommend ongoing use cases to scale results for the RTCDP roadmap.  What you need to succeed  5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in an enterprise setting, particularly working with B2B data models  Hands on experience in working with Real Time Customer Data Profile (RTCDP)Solid understanding of, and experience in operationally supporting demand generation and digital marketing efforts  Global customer-centric approach to problem-solving: The internal customer experience is at the forefront of everything you do  Proven experience in engaging with Marketing stakeholders to understand challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing them  Strong technical background: able to distill ideas and requests to accurate technical requirements for IT  Ability to meticulously think holistically about your impact on other Adobe processes and platforms  Excellent communication skills, with experience in delivering meaningful project updates to multiple internal teams.  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,800 -- $200,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
