As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-InternshipThe MINT design PgM team is a group of design program managers that support the Machine Intelligence and New Technologies team. It is a group of cross functional designers, research and prototyping partners that inform Adobe’s big bets (from Firefly and GenAI, to new emerging projects and products). What you'll Do Help the MINT team showcase their work and design concepts through a stable destination, and enable MINT designers, researchers and prototypers publish and curate work effectivelyUnderstand needs and requirements from designers and design leadersPartner with Design prototyping to envision what the web destination (adobe internal) looks likePlan project timelines, reviews, decisions and deliverablesWhat you need to succeed Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026Passion for user experience and design, interested in learning the design processOrganized, structured thinker - interested in project or program managementCollaborative and well-organized — Able to work cooperatively with other team members. Asks for help when needed from manager, leads, and experts. Able to set personal schedules and meet deadlines. Clearly and continuously communicates needs and current status to stakeholders.Proactive and iterative — Works proactively to identify and solve problems by finding common threads. Able to iterate on feedback and create multiple solutionsCommunication: Clearly and timely articulates options, next steps and decisions needed. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly.
