We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! What you’ll doIndustry StrategyLead the point of view for Adobe’s Digital Experience business unit for Government across Federal, State & Local, Defense, and National Security agenciesProvide insights and expertise internally to Adobe Executive Management, Field Operations (pre-sales, sales, account management), Support (marketing, training, Communications  analyst relations) as well as product marketing and engineeringEstablish strong executive relationships with Adobe’s premier clients and partners through select engagements, credibility, and experience in the Government spaceCraft strategies to drive market penetration of Adobe Experience Cloud into Government agencies and partnersFind opportunities and recommend approaches to scale industry influence and messaging (both internally and externally)Industry MarketingPartner with the Global Marketing Organization to build and implement a comprehensive campaign strategy for Government; including Integrated Marketing Plans, and marketing content aligned with Adobe’s go-to-market strategy and revenue goalsDeliver compelling presentations and demonstrate industry expertise at key industry events, conferences, forums, analyst and media briefings, as well as critical customer meetingsIncrease awareness of Adobe’s Digital Experience leadership within Government agencies through thought leadership; white papers, blogs, speaking events, and executive roundtablesInform and develop strong alignment with Analyst Relations and Communications and competitive intelligence positioningIndustry EnablementDrive the Digital Experience for Government agenda through the development and management of a portfolio of Industry Use Cases and content assets that illustrate specific business challenges and how they can be solved by an accurate combination of Adobe solutionsProvide insight, mentorship, and strategic alignment internally to customer-facing teams to support teams (marketing, training, analyst relations), management teams, and partnersBuild and deliver industry-specific enablement training to maximize Field / Sales / Partner capabilitiesDrive internal communications, knowledge sharing and enablement assets across the global Adobe Public Sector ecosystem    Work with the sales organization to contribute to account plans and strategies by providing insights into challenges and guidance on approaches and messaging/positioning based on an outstanding understanding of government agenciesWhat you need to succeedBachelor's degree, MBA preferred10+ years of experience in either the marketing function within a Government agency, software company marketing to government agencies, a top-tier management consulting organization, or a premier digital agencyExperience in crafting digital experience or marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for executionStrong executive presence and interpersonal skills, and can engage, advise and encourage C-suite executivesOutstanding problem solving and analytical skills including a talent for conducting research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights & recommendationsAbility to lead and coordinate cross-functional teamsA high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quicklyHigh level of energy, personal drive, and positivityExcellent verbal and written communication skills and can work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partner, business development, product marketing, & product management organizationsStrong analytical proficiency, ability to articulate and evangelize the power of digital experiences in GovernmentResults-oriented approach, ability to take calculated risks, proven track record aligning and influencing partnersAbility to rapidly prioritize and react to changing market dynamicsUpstanding character, leadership, consistent execution and commitment to customer successKnowledge of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to stay current on the changing marketFamiliarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products is a plus.Willingness to travel 30%Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $137,300 -- $252,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
