We are seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics, a visionary and strategic leader passionate about leveraging data to foster innovation, operational scale, and growth. Your leadership will not only inspire but will be the catalyst for change, making you an integral part of our journey towards achieving and exceeding our ambitious goals.What You'll Do:Strategic FocusDefine and implement a vision for a scalable, reliable data platform and infrastructureOversee the entire data lifecycle, including engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, and data scienceOrganizational LeadershipLead a multifaceted team of data professionals to inform strategic decisions impacting product development, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and customer experienceFoster an environment of continuous improvement, demonstrating urgency and commitment to excellenceData GovernanceStrategically deploy a data governance framework, collaborating across departments to enhance data quality, compliance, and accessibilityChampion data quality and governance, ensuring adherence to policies and standardsInfrastructure and Technology AlignmentAlign data infrastructure with business needs, ensuring the adoption of advanced technologies for data discovery, quality assurance, and analyticsActively participate in business and technical discussions to champion best practices in data management and analyticsLeadership and Operational ExcellenceServe as a change agent, accelerating the transformation to a data-centric cultureBuild trust and credibility across the organization, prioritizing data needs and delivering impactful solutionsQuality, Performance & ComplianceEstablish and maintain high data quality standards while managing costs effectivelyCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to uphold data privacy and security standardsTalent Recruitment and DevelopmentAttract, develop, and retain top talent, promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the teamLead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performanceMergers and Acquisitions ExpertiseUtilize M&A experience to streamline data integration, supporting business transformation and consolidation effortsWhat You’ll Need:Minimum Qualifications:15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics leadership roles, demonstrating increasing complexity, scale and responsibilityBA/BS Degree in a relevant fieldPreferred Qualifications:MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirableExperience leading mission-critical data and analytics programs, processes and infrastructure at scale (in organizations exceeding $1B revenue with 5,000+ employees globally)Proven experience leading B2B SaaS organizations through transformational change, building data capabilities, and turning data insights into business valuePrevious experience developing processes and operations to implement and manage data governance principles and policies, master data management, management of enterprise information assets, and approaches related to data protection and privacyExperience leading a large portfolio of programs/projects and associated ongoing prioritization and resource allocationStrong understanding of next gen data practices (ML Ops, Data Ops, Data Science) and experience applying them in an enterprise organization.Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving forward-looking strategiesRemote-Ready ExcellenceYour reliable internet connection is the conduit for brilliance, enabling you to unleash your talents from the comfort of virtually anywhere.Rest assured, this role embodies flexibility, with typically no more than 15% travel on the horizon.How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $225,000.00 - $311,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
