The role will be focusing on responding to customer queries and ensuring FAQ and information is up to date.Cuffe & Taylor operates Lytham Festival, Live at The Piece Hall , Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Summer Sessions, Cardiff Castle, Lincoln Castle and many other sites. We are committed to working as a team and so support each other to achieve wins as a team.’Who you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceExcellent attention to detailKnowledge and experience in Customer Service.Excellent written communication skills.Experience in ZenDesk.Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Highly motivated– ability to work deadlines and achieve targets in a time conscious mannerExperience in working in a busy working environmentExperience in the events industry is helpful.What the role includesAnswering customer emails through ZenDesk for all Cuffe & Taylors festivals, concerts and theatre shows.Dealing with accessible customer queries and monitoring access requests.Updating and managing Zendesk.
