About the Role:Join our dynamic team for a summer internship focusing on Indirect Procurement and change management. As a Summer Procurement Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes while also contributing to organizational change initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience in improving CrowdStriker’s employee experience and procurement operations, while assisting in the implementation of change management strategies. We are a remote-first company so the successful candidate will bring excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with cross-functional teams throughout the company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement and change management within a supportive and collaborative environment. What You'll Do: After engaging in a fun and useful onboarding process, you will be assigned to work on projects such as creating a new onboarding campaign under the guidance of a CrowdStrike mentor to advocate for the best in-class user experience.You will be collaborating and working across cross-functional teams to obtain feedback to help develop and create a roadmap for an onboarding campaign.You will provide assistance in developing an onboarding curriculum for new CrowdStrike employees related to procurement with your own personal perspective.You will collaborate with Category Managers to work on various procurement strategy projects related to areas such as contract lifecycle management, supplier relationship management, sourcing & RFx projects and other exciting procurement programs.A project will be assigned with weekly deliverables with one on one guidance with your assigned CrowdStrike advocate.You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, receiving mentorship and guidance to enhance your skills and knowledge in procurement and change management.Commitment to working 40 hour work weeks over the next 12 weeks. What You'll Need: Currently attending a four year university graduating between December 2024 and June 2025An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field.Although CrowdStrike is a primarily remote company, collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission.
