Ireland. The incumbent will be responsible for managing Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition programs for the EMEA region.  Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development  Manage logistics for onboarding program and provide post orientation assistance with new employee questions.  Facilitate orientation sessions in EMEA Assist with updates to the global onboarding materials to ensure the content is up to date, localized and employees are receiving consistent messages and information Review and update the intranet pages to provide just-in-time information needed to complete self-service tasks. Assist as needed with administration and management of Security Awareness and Legal/HR training programs; including portal administration, enrollment, tracking and analytics for required courses. Leverage project management methodologies to provide ongoing status updates, track workstreams, and manage progress against deadlines. Create project plans and supporting documents, presentations, business updates, and end-user communications.  Support training delivery logistics, workshop marketing and management of enrollment, metrics/survey results data.  Program & Event Management Provide administrative support for the Career & Performance Development program. quarterly activities and other new programs and events as needed. Compile and analyze data across programs and prepare dashboards/reports with insights for leadership.  Talent Acquisition Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse talent across various functions that align with the company’s strategy and growth plans Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including universities, industry organizations, and community leaders, to expand the talent pipeline and enhance employer branding efforts Stay abreast of local industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent Collaborate with HR colleagues on broader initiatives such as employer branding, diversity, and employee engagement to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture  Qualifications/Requirements Experience with DEI initiatives a plus. Superior organizational and program management skills, as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines, achieve milestones, and deliver high quality results within budget. Solid problem-solving skills, and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve project goals. Strong communication skills High degree of accuracy, diplomacy, and confidentiality Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use metrics to measure the impact of programs.  Why Proofpoint  Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success. We’re a customer-focused and driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products—and many exciting reasons to join our team.
