If you share our excitement for creating innovative marketing strategies, we'd love to have you join our team.  Your Day to Day  As a Senior Internal Communications Manager  you would be responsible for  leading GoTo correspondence, content and messaging throughout the organization and its employee population. You’ll implement processes, manage programs and direct the flow of information from leadership, management and various functions/departments. Design and execute programs for the CEO and executive leadership that communicate strategy, direction and achievements to employees.  Deliver compelling storytelling, positioning, writing, innovative media to galvanize the GoTo employee community. Manage global communication channel strategies across various channels including Outlook, Slack, SharePoint and the GoTo product suite.  Work closely with the People Organization to communicate key programs including but not limited to Learning & Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, DEI, and other initiatives in a clear, compelling manner.   Host regular company-wide meetings with end-to-end responsibility of promotion, preparation and execution.. Use employee engagement data to analyze metrics, identify patterns, and make suggestions based on improving metrics. What We’re Looking For As a Senior Internal Communications Manager, your background will look like: A self-starter who can work inter-dependently with 7+ years’ experience in communications, marketing or human resources Strong writing, messaging, creative and visual experience  A pro at managing and executing projects of a sensitive nature Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly Executive presence and a comfort level coaching and providing feedback to all levels of the organization  At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Learn more. Annual Base Salary Range: $106,500.00 - $176,500.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
