We strive to push the boundaries of what's possible and make groundbreaking impacts.What you will be doing:The Senior Reliability and Speed Engineer is required to drive enhancements and increase the scope of Nvidia's reliability testing with a focus on system-level testLead with Influence: Guide multi-functional teams to achieve industry-leading chip reliability testingStrategy Development: Craft test strategies for new features and optimizations, including additional structural and functional coverage, test equipment, and diagnostic softwareValidation: Prototype and fine-tune speed, power, performance, yield, and quality on pre-production siliconInnovative Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve failures and marginalities through lab experiments and partnerships within NVIDIA.Drive Improvements: Define, develop, and maintain system-level burn-in and read-out flows. Incorporate takeaways from silicon and correlate to design.What we need to see:8+ years in Silicon and System validation.BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.HTOL experience and experience with semiconductor reliability failure modes (BTI, HCI, EM, etc)Engineering Experience in system-level debugging and Perf/Power/Speed/Reliability features in CPUs/GPUs/SOCs.Proficiency in sophisticated FinFET processes, Familiarity with STA timing closure, circuit design, product binning methods, statistical analysisExposure to digital design, circuit analysis, noise characterization, firmware, drivers, and diagnostic software applications.Outstanding problem-solving, partnership, and interpersonal abilities.Basic knowledge of frequency power thermal constraints and failure analysis techniques.It’s not just technology, though! Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
