We need a passionate and experienced professional with a consistent track record of leading consumer products businesses with national retail customers for this role. This full-time position requires close working relationships with NVIDIA product marketing, business units, and developer relations to drive revenue for the company through growth in the MX market. The role requires a deep understanding of the diverse retail landscape and experience working with leading large PC and consumer electronics retail companies. This person should have the ability to shift easily from working with senior level executives and strategy decision makers to category managers and buyers both inside and outside the company.What you'll be doing:Drive all aspects of strategy creation and implementation, co-selling, forecasting, sales management, training, and education to retail customers and partners.Grow revenue share for NVIDIA based products at national retailBe the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of customersBuild key accounts into strategic partners, drive sustaining revenue, market share growth, and product footprintWork closely with board partner, OEM, publisher, and ecosystem partners to build and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate growthDevelop winning programs and strategies for existing and new opportunitiesDefine, drive, and communicate retail strategy for products and partners of the retail segment to internal Business UnitsEvangelize the use of NVIDIA products and technologies to retail customers and partnersWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)8+ years’ experience in the retail marketDirect experience in working with the consumer retail channel, specifically the gaming and PC marketConsistent record of exceeding revenue targetsProven ability to successfully grow revenue for new innovative technology based solutionsAbility to travel as neededWays to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge of and passion for consumer electronics and/or PC Gaming industryStandout colleague, ability to develop relationships across a wide array of partners and build support for core mission and strategiesAdaptable, able to pivot in the constantly evolving marketplace and work environment of high techMaster's Degree in Business AdministrationAbility to work in a matrixed organizationNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
