As the name suggest we predict the future for Genesys Cloud features with AI and models. We forecast and schedule agents with various mathematical formulas and Algorithms. We estimate the wait time the customer has to wait before being picked up by the agents. There are two teams under Predictions, an Operation Research team which does researching and Dev team which does the implementation. This requirement is for Development team. Successful Senior Software Engineers will: · Develop and deploy highly-available, fault-tolerant software thatwill help drive improvements towards the features, reliability, performance, and efficiency of the Genesys Cloud platform. · Actively review code and provide peer feedback. · Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve pain points as well as evangelize best practices. · Champion large projects and mentor junior members on the team · Build, deploy, maintain, and automate large global deployments in AWS. · Troubleshoot production issues and come up with solutions. Minimum Requirements: · 5 to 8 years of server-side development experience · Proficient with focus on server-side development using Kotlin or Java or Clojure · Amazon Web Services (EC2,Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation etc.) Desirable Skills · Building and managing CICD Data pipeline on cloud native environment i.e., AWS · Jenkins, New Relic and SumoLogic · Experience with the Spring Framework · Ansible or other orchestration tools. · Infrastructure as Code. · Data messaging/queueing/stream processing systems.
