These are field based roles involving 50% travel with an office base in Germany. This role would ideally suited to a graduate in business administration (including sales / marketing) with two year’s work experience and who is interested in pursuing a career in sales.Responsibilities:Driving sell through of HP-Poly hardware and services through named Distribution PartnersCo-ordinating and driving business plan execution with the Partner Sales TeamRepresenting HP-Poly on the sales floors of named Distribution PartnersSupporting Account Managers in named Distribution Partners selling HP-Poly by driving the Distribution planPromoting HP-Poly products to Account Managers in named Distribution Partners selling HP-PolyRunning focus days for HP-Poly in named Distribution PartnersDriving promotion and offers for HP-Poly in named Distribution PartnersIntroducing new products for HP-Poly in named Distribution PartnersRunning training days for HP-Poly in named Distribution PartnersBeing aware of competitive activity in named Distribution PartnersDriving brand share and preference for HP-PolyGathering market insights and building plans to outmaneuver our competitorsEducation and Experience Required: University or Bachelor's degree preferredDetailed knowledge of key customer types or customers on given productsTypically 1-3 years quota carrying tele sales experienceInside Account experience of large commercial of moderate to large complexityBusiness fluent in German and English; knowledge of another European language is an advantageKnowledge and Skills: IT awareness and entry level solution development capabilityCan differentiate between own offerings and what competitors offer using marketing informationApplies specialized knowledge to assess client's business and identify opportunities to extend current business in the accountWork as a member of a team in providing support and giving input regarding account opportunitiesAbility to provide account planning support to sales teamNegotiation skills and ability to frame the value proposition for the customerProduct demonstration, customer training, and product installation skillsBe able to utilize resources effectively in or order to pursuit revenue generating opportunities in the accountEnough knowledge about product and services to be able to sell transactionallyAbility to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity on a product and services basisCompetitive selling skillsWhat do we have to offer?Employee-oriented corporate culture - our «HP Way»: we value enthusiasm, regular feedback, trust and respect within our teams.
