We are hiring a Process optimization owner to work with the team improving the way we work on E2E processes and day to day tasks. Part of your responsibility will be aligning and supporting the organization around digitization while providing support to drive change across all business models.Your primary objective will be enabling the teams to document and digitize all key relevant information to perform the team’s job, measure easily success and ensure everyone uses a more digital and collaborative environment. Ultimately ensuring our teams are setup for success.You will work very closely to the PE&O operations teams and leads along with Portfolio and product managers in the different organizations to ensure we streamline our expertise in processes and digital environments.In this role you will have to demonstrate outstanding skills of project management, negotiation, engagement, leadership and influencing as well as the use of technology to collaborate and solve day to day teams tasksKey ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibility will be to support the organization with process and work digitization. Supporting the creation of a unique source of truth as well as ensuring team department repeatable processes are understood and used by the different teams.Support teams and help equip them with relevant knowledge & content such as training/processes and technology to have them successfully executing their job.Support to revise the working process.Giving recommendation to automatize & improve the way PE&O teams works.On existing collaboration tools: how to effectively use them, how to measure and adopt better.Learn from data and redesign how the team department works. Be a key consultant for process consistency E2E as basis of our enablement methodology. Provides mentoring and guidance to peers and leaders in PE&OIdentify & adjust training curriculum gaps as well as proposed knowledge solutions in alignment with Leadership and Transformation team. Create the necessary content within PE&O operations team for key deliverables, while overseeing the implementation.Knowledge / Skills0-2 years of relevant experience as project manager, including experience in training and management of change activities. Experience on cross-functional initiatives is a must.Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge on digital business models and business architecture is a plus.Proven ability to simplify the complex. Breaking problems into small and doable deliverables.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skillsStrong knowledge on management of change methodologies.Background on collaboration tools and methodologies is a must: (not limiting)Methodologies such as Lean Sigma, Agile and Design thinking, business process management and architecture.Market collaboration tools such as Trello, Atlassian, Miro, Signavio, Celonis, Gainsight, Smartsheet, service now, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Monday.com, Aha, Assana, etc.Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture and growing environment.Being a curious person that challenges status quo.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.
