The CX Analytics group is a key player in driving this growth, by providing insights when and where users need them to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. Whether via dashboards, reports, or alerts and regardless of system, this group ensures all Customer Success insights are accurate and consistent, easy-to-understand and impactful.About the RoleThe Business Systems Analyst will be passionate about delivering solutions and ensure we are always focused on data quality. You'll be responsible for consistent and accurate results and connecting data sets. You'll ensure that system tests are optimally completed, documented and resolved.About YouWe are looking for energetic Business Systems Analyst to join the CX Analytics team.The ideal candidate will have a strong reporting/analytics background and a passion for data. You must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. As a member of the CX Analytics team, you will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the business you support, building positive relationships with your customers, and delivering value.Responsibilities:Work across CX to understand business questions that data can answer to provide data-driven insights.Work closely with business partners to understand and detail business processes, goals and gaps.Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects and system improvements.Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting through testing.Leverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvements.Drive new measures, metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations.Create and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards for the broader Services organization.Basic QualificationsThe ideal candidate is someone who can collaborate with multi-functional groups on complex projects.Bachelor’s degree required.Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively elicit and translate business requirements.Exceptional ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings.Great attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality in reports & data analysis.Ability to handle varying workloads with a high degree of accuracy.Proactive, organized, detail oriented, and quality driven.Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
