Position Overview
In the DevX (Developer Experience) product team, our mission is to create the future marketplace for modern GRC and ESG solutions, that have been built using our intuitive and simple tools and services. The DevX product team defines the standards for building excellent product solutions, the necessary tools needed to build these, and educates those that build our products solutions.
As a DevX Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing the roadmap of product solutions including out of the box solution configurations within our portfolio wide Diligent SaaS platform, and integrated standards and regulations for our audit, risk, and compliance products .
You will need to stay up to date on relevant regulatory obligations, especially information security, cybersecurity and privacy-related mandates, to ensure that these are made available integrated into the platform for our customer. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, maintaining our competitive edge, and meeting the needs of our clients.
Product Areas:
Integrated ESG and GRC Standards and Regulatory materials (global security standards like ISO and NIST, industry standards like payment, healthcare and banking, and regulatory standards like privacy and government)
OOTB solution configurations (including setup, risks, controls, questionnaires, and reports)
Partner solutions (working with 3rd party vendors and resellers that help scale our reach across the globe)
Key Responsibilities:
Evangelize a shared vision and roadmap
Develop a shared roadmap for solutions and content by creating buy-in on priorities and leading impactful outcomes for our commercial teams
Execute the strategy for OOTB and partner solutions in all regions
Be the voice of the customer to all stakeholders across product and engineering by developing customer empathy through direct and indirect customer research
Design and build best in class solutions
Be a well-rounded product manager who understands that can combine an understanding of our domain with design principles for a good user experience
Work with SMEs from partner organizations to build the best solutions for our customers
Guide the delivery of new product and content solutions to the end user — effectively prioritizing based on strategic outcome and customer pains - to ensure that the engineering team is focused on highest impact initiatives
Regularly review changes to industry standards and regulations, as they relate to GRC and ESG, and prioritize within roadmap ensuring consistency across platforms, accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
Drive go-to-market alignment and enablement
Collaborate with a cross-functional team comprised of key commercial stakeholders, PMM and enablement teams ensuring correct positioning of product solutions
Create and update collateral, including documentation, guides, training materials, and user interfaces to support education of customer, partner and commercial teams
Engage with our partners to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and additional opportunities for partner solutions
