This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has excellent communication and organization skills, strong executive presence, and understands how to balance competing priorities ranging from strategic to tactical.Responsibilities:Intra-Org Engagement & OperationsSupport Exec Ops Director and Chief Strategy & Business Operations Officer with ad hoc analyses, strategic discussions, special projects, and day-to-day operations as neededSupport intra-org forums and operating cadenceEstablish consistent operating processes within the S&BO orgX-Org AlignmentSupport ongoing and ad-hoc initiatives to improve alignment and partnership with cross-functional stakeholdersPartner with Director, Exec Ops in driving structure and approach to enterprise operating forums across WorkdayEstablish a streamlined approach to managing outcomes and actions from key executive touch points and forumsAbout YouBasic Qualifications:8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management.Experience in an enterprise SaaS environment, in particular working closely with a variety of functions and management levels.Other Qualifications:Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced team and functionAbility to handle interpersonal relationships efficiently, professionally, and empathetically.Adaptable and excited to venture into a dynamic, evolving organizational landscape.Ability to operate autonomously with limited supervision or direction.Exceptionally organized, with a love for creating order out of chaos.Intellectually curious with a high-growth mindset.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive-level presence.Balanced mix of confidence, maturity, and humility in challenging environments and situations. Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
