The Manager will work with business partners and our GTM development team to deliver Salesforce.com operations, enhancements and projects to increase business efficiency and automate business processes through technology and innovation.This management role demands knowledge of business processes and methodologies along with a strong analytical skills. The candidate will have direct hands on experience in Salesforce.com with design, configuration and implementation. Experience in other large BI, CRM or ERP enterprise systems is helpful but not required.About the RoleIn this leadership role you will drive highly technical initiatives and empower your team members to innovate and continuously deliver critical business capabilities and improvements.. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
