As our Learning Systems Manager, you will be responsible for administering, supporting, and continuously improving the Sales Enablement Learning and Content Management Systems to support effective enablement initiatives. You will execute and strategize on content standards and system procedures in collaboration with the Sales Enablement team and leadership.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of learning technology. The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing learning content, audio/video content, and graphics. Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support and management of Content/Learning Systems; including user support, troubleshooting, and system updates
Interfaces with vendors to resolve issues, serving as liaison between PagerDuty and vendor on awareness/communication regarding vendor roadmaps, features and customer success stories.
Strategize, develop, and execute content standards for Learning Systems
Load, configure, and update content, structure, and assets into Learning Systems
Develop and maintain a systems governance framework
Partner with the Sales Enablement team and content contributors to ensure that sales teams have access to the most accurate, up-to-date, and on-brand content
Facilitate content organization/taxonomy/workflow
Generate and analyze reports to track user progress, completion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Create custom reporting dashboards to share with the business.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize training programs and enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives
Assist in the development of learning content, including developing topic hubs in Seismic, training videos, graphics, and others as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
5 years of experience with Content/Learning Management Systems (Seismic, MindTickle, Highspot, etc.)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and strong relationship building skills
High adaptability in flexibility, including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, quick deadlines, and constant change
Proven experience in organization and project management within the context of educational initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and align with company/team goals.
Proficiency using Google suite
Excellent problem solving skills
Familiarity with value selling and associated skills along with sales methodology is a plus (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Winning by Design, Challenger, Sandler,
BANT, etc.)
Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Microsoft BI, etc.
Sales Enablement experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using learning technologies with an innovative design approach that is not constrained by what tools and technology are available today
Experienced in creating learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Absorb, Canva/Adobe, and Camtasia.
Understanding of design principles, how to avoid cognitive load, and how to make content quickly consumable for Sales
Experience using project management tools such as Asana and Monday.com
SaaS experience
Relevant certifications in LMS administration are a plus
The base salary range for this position is 100,000 - 153,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
