EUC provides support for a broad range of client devices including traditional PC, tablet, smartphone, or thin-client terminal device. EUC devices can either be provided by the enterprise or bring-your-own-device (BYOD) owned by employees or other users.The Billing Operations team oversees and ensures the accurate billing of our clients.  This team will be managing tasks pertaining to the tenants of SDP (Subscription Billing Platform), revenue recognition, reporting and financial system integrity. This is a business facing department that reports into the Operations organization.Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day billing responsibilities, month end, quarter end tasks related to billing and revenue. Process customer billings (recurring, on-time, professional services, and usage) and verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of invoices. Contract, Order, and billing review and analysis  Address billing and collection issues in an efficient and customer-centric manner. Responsible for reviewing and answering billing tickets promptly to meet SLAs. Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing disputes and ensure they are escalated to the appropriate parties. Assist in identifying process improvements and provide guidance to management team. Handle account reconciliation and work to reduce delinquent payments for assigned accounts. Assist with projects as requested. Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure billing accuracy.  Subscription management and customer satisfaction Requirements:Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work proactively with little supervision. Ability to be flexible and adapt to frequently changing environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to thrive in high volume, fast paced environment. Orientation toward high customer service Experience working for a medium to large high-tech growth company. Qualification:BS in finance, accounting, or business Minimum 2 years of experience handling subscription billing. Oracle experience and ecommerce experience preferred. Proficient with MS office programs. This job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by BroadcomFor US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $64,000 - $146,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
