Education Required:CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualificationExperience Required:4+ years of experience in a similar set up or fresher with sound academic, technical knowledge and good interpersonal skills.Experience in ERP is a must preferably SAP. Skills:Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.Process knowledge and analytical skills.Self-starter.Strong technical and analytical skills.Should be detail oriented with ability to analyze and present findings.Strong ethics.Positive attitude and professional pride.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements.Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to anticipate needs and pre-plan work.Must be multi-task oriented and able to work with frequent interruptions.Broadcom is an equal opportunity employer.
