We are looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to extend our world-class information technology environment further. This is primarily an individual contributor role who would collaborate with the Agile scrum team when designs and solution deliverables are needed. This role requires the ability to concisely evaluate the business data and information requirements of our globally dispersed, tax setup and recommend and drive solution direction and design. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be joining a global team with multiple applications to support. Our engineering culture will empower you to make effective decisions, work collaboratively, and take accountability for engineering projects at the company's core.ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time job to work for Autodesk Output and Input taxes globally.Set up tax configuration as per the requirements of company business.Works with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, evaluate the business requirements, and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.Creates and executes test plans. Tests solutions and ensures they meet business requirements and are “fit-for-purpose.” Presents and validates solutions with business partners.Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources and reconciles conflicts.Dissects high-level information into details and can communicate details in a manner understood by relevant audiences.Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, may perform configuration, tests, and rollouts to business users and customers.Collaborate with Product Owner/Scrum Master/Team Lead/Architect for successful execution of the project.Participates in software estimation process, and Agile estimation techniques.Balances business requirements with technical feasibility. Recommends changes in business process, development, maintenance, and system standards.Be part of the Agile team and participate in all Agile activities (standups, planning, grooming, validations, retro etc.)The position utilizes both analytical and programming skills.Keep your ear to the ground and help us incorporate industry best practices and important developments into our products.Minimum QualificationsAt least 5+ Years’ experience and strong subject matter expertise in Vertex O Series Configuration and FI/SD specialization Configured SAP, Vertex Accelerator & Vertex O Series 9.0Worked closely with AP & AR team to implement taxes on the global input & output invoices and drafted global tax testing plan.Worked for Intercompany Tax using Vertex O SeriesConfiguration experience in SD/FI including entry of the corporate organizational structure and general ledger accounts.Experience in SAP modules – SD, CI, MM, FI-CO, FI-CA & GLKnowledge of SAP ECC & S/4 Withholding Tax functionalityKnowledge of SAP ABAP code is a plus.Experience with OpenText e-invoicing/returns Tax compliance is a plus.Experience in creating an E2E Process flow documentation.Experience in Test Plan Creation, Familiarity in designing and developing test scenarios/cases for functional and regression testing.Work with the Development team to report defects and provide process steps.Ability to mentor, guide, and transfer knowledge to another TesterSelf-navigating learner who is eager to learn new skills.Experience with Agile methodology and processAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in both process and solution analysisBeing able to articulate and communicate in both written and oral forms to various types of audiences (developers to managers to business owners)Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as appropriate.Mature directness to communicate honest opinions on technology, process, and approach--putting in efforts to improve them.Bias the action and strive to get things done as a team.
