Job Requisition ID #24WD76180Position OverviewWe are looking for an intern to work remotely on the core web applications, frameworks, and shared libraries that power the Autodesk Construction Solutions backend. Our team builds the frameworks and tools that enable other backend developers, and the core services that power our connected platform. During your time, you will be paired with another team member who will guide you in learning our technical infrastructure and assisting you on your projects.ResponsibilitiesMaintain core backend services and APIs that other teams depend onDevelop the shared libraries and frameworks that power our backend servicesCreate tooling and processes to enhance the observability, scalability, and performance of our backend servicesHandle the problems of large distributed systemsMinimum QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or Software engineeringGrasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, theory basics, etc.)Experience with Python and Flask web applications Preferred QualificationsAWS SQS, Postgres, and RedisDocker, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, and IstioThe ideal candidateYou strive for understanding, build the appropriate solution, and iterate quickly to provide high impact resultsYou love building elegant, maintainable codeYou strive to frame problems using the best conceptual modelsYou recognize that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, appreciate collaboration, and contribute to make us win#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
