Job Requisition ID #24WD76525Position OverviewAutodesk Education Experiences (AEX) is looking for a strategic, audience-first marketer to help position Autodesk as a trusted partner in Design and Make education. This is a critical role on the Audience Marketing team responsible for developing full lifecycle marketing strategies that attract, engage, and shift share among educators.You have experience marketing to Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) audiences and excel at developing compelling, customer-focused messaging across content, digital experiences, and sales collateral. You have a passion for simplifying and articulating product features and offerings into customer outcomes for education audiences, from executives and decision-makers to influencers and end-users. You will report to the Senior Manager, Audience Marketing.This position is fully remote.ResponsibilitiesBe an internal expert and advocate for educators in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC)Create campaign messaging, briefs, positioning statements, and value propositions aligned to the education audience journey and strategyUse message testing and feedback cycles with customers to refine and improve the AEX value proposition and positioningWork with the education business operations team to understand, segment, and define audiences in our databaseIntegrate our full offering of AEC curriculum, projects, certifications, and products through messaging deliverables that speak to audience needsDevelop messaging that supports prioritized partnerships to ensure joint value drivers, customer benefits, and differentiation for strategic partners in our go-to-market plansMinimum Qualifications5+ years in an audience-first marketing role, with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction experienceInterlock with peers and team members in Worldwide Marketing, Education Strategy, and peers in Education Marketing from Content and Campaigns, Field Marketing, Operations and DigitalExperience in marketing to global audiences and working across time zones and geographical boundariesPreferred QualificationsCan collaborate within a matrixed environmentA commitment to providing exceptional customer experiencesYou can have hard conversations to guide prioritization for better outcomesUnafraid to try new things and challenge the norm Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $118,800 and $192,170. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
