Our commitment is to enhance Dynamo's accessibility and simplicity while preserving its power, making it a tool that empowers everyone.As a Product Manager for the Computational Design and Automation group, you will play a pivotal role in exploring and developing the next generation of Computational Design and Automation capabilities. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, industry strategy teams, software developers, and other product teams, you will define requirements, set milestones, build roadmaps, and help shape the future of the AEC domain.We are looking for someone open to hybrid or remote US EST.ResponsibilitiesYou will apply your deep understanding of AEC workflows to identify market opportunities that shape a comprehensive strategy and product vision for Dynamo – the backbone of Computational Design and AutomationYou will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal XD/Strategy teams to understand pain points and requirements. Translate these insights into target use cases and workflows that address customer needs, prioritize the team's work, and inspire creativityEffectively communicate system updates and roadmaps to team members, including executives and other company leadersYou will work directly with Autodesk product teams to define development of new methodologies and toolsPromote the benefits of Computational and Generative Design via customer interaction, social media, and industry conferencesMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in architecture or related fields, with a strong understanding of the AEC industry workflows and customer problemsStrong communication and presentation skills to clarify and summarize complex issues for executives, business development leaders, and development teamsExperience and comfort managing partners, risk, and uncertaintyManage teams with a collaborative and empowering approachSome travel may be requiredPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Pragmatic, SVPG, or other high-quality product management training programsExperience working with Dynamo, across both Computational Design and Automation approachesThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone with a strategic mindset, leadership, and data analytics experienceKnows how to execute and has demonstrated the ability to incrementally deliver on the team's goalsExperience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners that easily influences and negotiates with a diverse set of partnersLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,800 and $182,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
