Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities forautomation using RPA, Power Automate or other relevant technology.• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed as is process designs and technicalspecifications.• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis to evaluate the potential benefits automating processess.• Work with developers to configure, test, and deploy automated processes in accordance with businessrequirements and best practices.• Develop comprehensive documentation including process diagrams, user stories, and test cases.• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues throughoutthe project lifecycle.• Perform process assessments and continuous improvement activities to optimize existing solutions.• Provide training and support to business users on tools and processes.• Stay updated on automation technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation andefficiency within the organization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between initiatives and broader businessobjectives.Required Skills.• Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably with RPA tools such as UiPath, AutomationAnywhere, or Blue Prism.• Understanding of ETL, Jenkins, Kafka, CICD, JIRA, Grafana, Power BI, Power Automate is an addedadvantage.• Knowledge of programming languages e.g., Python, Shell and database concepts is a plus.• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in process analysis, design, and optimization.• Proficiency in documenting business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
