Delivery Manager

Job Summary:The Delivery Manager serves as a servant leader, organizing, collaborating, and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure team success. They utilize agile and lean principles to drive project progress, removing impediments and optimizing team performance. While they have no direct reports, they are granted authority by the team to facilitate progress. They influence delivery strategy and collaborate with other teams to ensure dependencies are addressed. They also mentor junior team members and drive ongoing learning and improvement.What you will do: Collaborate with teams to facilitate agile product development processesProvide project status visibility to senior management and other teamsOrganize cross-team projects and remove impediments to progressMonitor and engage in issue resolution and risk identificationMentor junior members of the Delivery Management teamInfluence stakeholders and partner with product development teams to drive incremental improvementsLead the team to consistently deliver features on scheduleDrive ongoing learning and improvement within the teamLead the execution and delivery of featuresWhat You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications2+ years of experience working with agile product teams to deliver featuresUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related fieldPreferred QualificationsScrum Master (CSM) certificationProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other project management certificationExperience delivering product featuresSkilled in servant leadershipStrong communication and facilitation abilitiesExceptional organizational and time management skillsAdaptability to fast-paced environmentsProficient in risk identificationCommitment to continuous improvementExperienced in conflict resolution and team managementEncourages self-management in othersValues transparencyTravel RequirementMinimal Travel Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $79,000.00 - $134,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
