We bring Customers to the Cloud (SAAS) and help their Digital Transformation journeys leveraging AI powered cloud-based services.We help Customers constantly and consistently deliver Innovation to create smart, connected human (assisted with AI Co-pilots) interactions, along the entire Customer Journey. Following unprecedented growth across Asia (verticals: Banking, Insurance and Telco + others), we are expanding to build and cultivate a world class dynamic team across Asia.What You Can Bring to GenesysThe primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to). In doing this, look to describe what must be accomplished, how it must be done, and why.Ability to work independently, and to interface with internal Teams and external Partners and Customers to seamlessly collect, synthesize and share information.Presales Consulting to support business development, demand generation and growth.Presales Value Realization/ Solution Consultative Selling (focus on bookings), new revenue growth (NNARR) and Cross sell / Upsell Solution engagements.Presales Consulting across Contact Centre CX, DX and EX Transformation, AI powered routing and Workforce Management, Outcome driven performance improvement and business transformation.Become "Trusted Advisor" for Customers to leverage industry knowledge best practices & proven Ops practices. (i.e. CX and Digital Transformation methodologies)Perform Discovery, Analysis and Map a Customer's Compelling need for change and address Customer’s requirement with our Solutions (outcome driven and purpose fit to deliver Business Results)You’ve been there and done this…Outline any required or desired traits for successful candidates, be sure to lead with the most important or required.
