The Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) QA Team is looking for an enthusiastic individual that is dedicated to learning and contributing to continued innovation in areas that provide solutions in our testing framework to maintain the quality of our ever-growing cloud-native products. You will have an opportunity to develop high quality automation tests for both our UI and backend microservices. It will be a fast-paced environment that will focus on continuous change, innovation and experimentation. Our office has hired students for well over a decade. As part of this tradition, you will be a key member of our team, learning about many aspects of agile testing methodologies and continuous delivery (CD) including design, implementation, testing, bug fixing and test automation. There is no limit to what you can accomplish in the internship. Responsibilities: In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Design and develop high-quality automated tests Deliver scalable and maintainable epic, defect and usage status reports Explore innovative technologies to support continuous improvement Sustain quality by demonstrating ownership in your work Learn and have fun doing so Qualifications: Enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines with a top-notch academic record Self-motivated, pro-active, dynamic team player with a positive attitude that enjoys collaborating with others Willingness to learn and pick up new technologies Solid communication skills Experience with software engineering in Java or Python (or similar languages) Understands that QA is an integral part of development, not an activity at the end of the process.
