Collaborate with store managers to enhance customer experience.Lead and mentor staff. Implement training programs.Oversee inventory control and collaborate with global teams to optimize levels.Collaborate with marketing departments to increase store awareness and align with global strategies.Represent the brand in the region, build positive relationships, and ensure consistent brand representation.Identify business opportunities and collaborate to expand the store footprint.Collaborate on budget development and management. Monitor expenses to meet financial objectives.Monitor KPIs and analyze data to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with departments to achieve regional and company objectives.Stay agile, address challenges, and seize opportunities.Pre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in managing multiple retail stores or a significant region within a retail chain.Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and strategy development.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in retail management software and other relevant computer applications.Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, store layout, merchandising, and customer service.Ability to analyze sales data and create strategies to increase revenue.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Salary Ranges (per annum):$107,987.00 - $179,978.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
