THE TEAMThe Policy, Planning, and Strategy team within the Information Security and Privacy organization supports programs across all verticals covering topics such as security assurance, abuse prevention, cyber security, and privacy. In addition, the team works collaboratively with additional Live Nation business units. We do end-to-end strategic projects that range from developing and deploying innovative new tooling to modernizing our core compliance with information security and privacy requirements. We also support the annual strategic planning and budgeting cycle for our team, and partner with other groups to define their strategic priorities. THE ROLEThe Program Manager will support the Information Security and Privacy verticals by bringing solutions to scale and driving continuous process improvement for our team and partners. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to be a critical part of driving program management in the organization. This role will be responsible for working with stakeholders and cross-divisional partners to establish clear milestones and deliverables, and to set timelines and a roadmap to delivery. This candidate will enable collaboration across teams while establishing clear accountability and ensuring timely delivery of multiple project deliverables. This individual will be a self-starter and see projects within a program through to completion.This person will support the identification and implementation of tools to measure progress on key objectives. These metrics will include operational analysis of internal and external communications, as well as identifying other business priorities and means to track performance. This position is critical to understanding and continuously improving key business practices for the Information Security and Privacy organization. Our ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale transformation projects. This person will report to the Director of Policy, Planning, and Strategy.
