Join us and be part of shaping the future of work.Your Day to Day As the Workday HRIS Operations Manager, you would be working on:Leads and drives the configuration and delivery of high-quality maintenance, improvements, and project initiatives by coordinating with functional teams. Leads system-related projects and initiatives within Workday areas such as Workday Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Reporting, Benefits, Absence management, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.Manage direct reports to ensure HR Systems functions are configured in a way that meets business requirements and follows best practices, including requirements gathering, design, developing timelines, end-to-end testing, stakeholder management, deployment, and post-production support.Work with Director of HR and Finance Systems to lead strategic, tactical and resource planning, and build strategic roadmap.Lead HRIS Governance process with People Leadership stakeholders addressing roadmap items, prioritization, challenges, status updates, etc.Manage HRIS project intake process, project management and backlog.Oversee and manage internal production ticketing system, ensuring tickets are assigned and managed appropriately within our SLAs.What We’re Looking ForAs the Workday HRIS Operations Manager, your background will look like:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required with a minimum of 4-6 years of dynamic HRIS leadership experience.Minimum 5 years’ experience with Workday configuration in at least two the following modules: HCM Core HR, Onboarding, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Performance & Talent, Benefits, Security, Reporting & Analytics.Demonstrated leadership skills with problem-solving, project management and execution of initiatives across multiple geographies.Proven experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional partners and teams at all levels in the company.At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Learn more.Annual Base Salary Range: $110,500.00 - $183,000.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
