You will be involved from early incubation to product launch end-to-end. You are hunger to understand new technology and why it's meaningful for our customers, and then translate the complex solution/technology into an easy understand customer value proposition. You have a creative mindset to leverage most effective tools & assets to help internal and external customers to better understand what innovation we deliver for them that help our customers solve their pain points.This role is responsible for overseeing the creation of various marketing materials and the development, evaluation, and execution of image-building, awareness-building, and promotional programs across different target audiences and sales channels. The role involves planning and measuring point-of-sale strategies for the retail channel, as well as managing the customer reference database and executing communication plans targeting diverse audiences. Additionally, the role includes participating in functional budget management, leading coordination with cross-functional teams, contributing to complex projects, and fostering productive working relationships.Responsibilities• Create full range of standard global digital assets supporting early experience concepts.• Working with Commercial End Users & ITDM experience product managers to develop GO-TO-MARKET stories to ensure our value proposition is well received• Simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-grasp message for internal and external use• Creating low fidelity contents to illustrate net new experiences/product concept that will be used by internal and/or external researcher to test new concept• Managing commercial experience content assets and keep them up to date• Apply global design standards across all HP Commercial Experience assets• Partner with NPI team to manage and track deliverables experience messaging within team and/or WW marketing and agencies• Managing the production of incremental content and collateral as well as image enhancement.• Develops, drives, and evaluates key image-building, awareness building and/or promotional and demand generation programs and contact strategies across audiences, industries, sales channels, or businesses in direct support of revenue targets.• Plans, executes and measures integrated point-of-sale strategies and presence for the retail channel.• Oversees execution of communication plans that strategically target global, national, regional, sub-regional, or local audiences.• Leads coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of communication programs.• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in direct marketing, communications, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Strong visual communication, presentation and product marketing digital assets.
