Ready to be a Titan?ServiceTitan is looking for a Manager, Accounting Integrations to join our Professional Services Team. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of professional experience which includes a balanced combination of accounting, software data conversion, project management, and client relationship management. Your team will oversee accounting data conversion and implementation for our customers. The candidate will be comfortable communicating with personnel at all levels from front line payroll/accounting representatives to Controllers and CFOs.The Accounting Integration team has three main responsibilities 1) assist customers with transferring accounting data from various CRM software to QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, 2) lead configuration and UAT for our customers implementation 3)  set and manage client expectations. What you'll do:Oversee the Accounting Professional Services deliverables sold to our customers (accounting configuration, migration, and UAT) Act as an Accounting subject matter expert and ensure all projects completed by the team are complete and accurateCoordinate with cross-functional resources to deliver against defined SLAs Serve as the face of the company in front of most impactful clients and skillfully navigate all conversations, from introduction to long term relationship buildingManage the team’s productivity to ensure our services actual cost of services stay within budgetContribute to future product development and integration effortsWhat you'll need:Four year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management. CPA is preferred4-6 years of professional experience which includes at minimum 2-3 years in each of the following areas 1) Accounting  2) Project Management, 3) Client Relationship ManagementStrong knowledge of Excel (SQL is a plus) Natural ability to think several steps ahead of the client and take proactive steps to address roadblocks and issuesBe a problem ­solver who has a demonstrated ability to overcome challenges with creative solutionsBe meticulously detail oriented with the ability to multi­task, manage client expectations and align external resources for quality and timely delivery of projectsA track record of being a team player and leader with strong interpersonal and communications skillsFamiliarity with trades industry is a plusBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $95,000 USD - $137,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
