Our new partnership with ServiceTitan will enable us to continue scaling our platform and customer base while maintaining our collaborative, tight-knit culture.Ready to make your career move?The Customer Account Executive position is responsible for uplifting existing customer accounts to expand their software footprint through additional product purchases, managing and building relationships to ensure repeat business, and retaining customers long-term through contract renewals and extensions.What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat businessUncover business inefficiencies with clients that ancillary products or services can help overcomeIncrease lifetime value of client contracts by assisting them in the renewal processesIngratiate yourself in your respective geographic book of businessCommunicate and collaborate cross functionally with customer success and support  Manage upsells of additional products to existing customers, including demonstrations, handling of FAQ’s and coordinating the sales process with our partner’s sales teams Manage, meet, and exceed personal quota performance expectationsMinimal Travel expected What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required Knowledge of service-based business models  An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working with all department membersA detail-oriented work ethic to manicure and nurture short and long-term salesWhere You’ll Work:Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, we are also opening a sister office in Dallas, Texas.
