The Enterprise Sales team at Workday helps the company to continue to grow by balancing integrity and innovation, ensuring Workmates have the environment to bring their best self, and get better by pushing and developing themselves and the Workmates around them.About the RoleAs a PE relationship manager, you will be responsible for managing 8-12 Private Equity relationships as it relates to increasing Workday’s market share, functional adoption, customer satisfaction and awareness within their portfolio / holding companies. ResponsibilitiesMaintain 1:1 relationship (and working cadence) with defined PE Fund Operating Partners. Operate as a point of scale for Workday to PE partners – new initiatives, products, business development, etc.Create and execute PE fund-specific Relationship and Portfolio Plans inclusive of strategic initiatives such as portfolio heatmaps & opportunity graphs, commercial & go-to-market rules of engagement, deployment and service programs, etc.Work towards meeting (and exceeding) overlay quota within defined PE portfoliosVet and Onboard additional strategic PE partnersWork with direct field sellers on prospecting & deal support for defined PE funds’ portfolio companiesLead internal Workday PE support team on new initiatives, content, internal evangelization / training, etc.Communicate with Global Sales leadership on ongoing relationships and happenings with target fundsAbout YouBasic Qualifications8+ years experience in SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning or Analytics solutions in sales, pre-sales, or account management capacityExperience in Financial Services, preferably Private Equity / Alternative AssetsOther QualificationsStrong written and verbal communicationStrong presentation skillsExperience selling, consulting, advising, working with C-Suite / executive levelStrategic, Creative Thinker & Problem SolverProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce CRMExperience working directly with PE operators or PE-backed companiesPassion / interest in staying current on all things enterprise software and private equityWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
