The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced HR Business partner who cares deeply about delivering the best possible employee experience through simplicity, innovation and excellence.  Your Job Responsibilities What you will be doing : Partner with the business on key HR programs and initiatives such as, lead performance and pay review cycles, provide compensation support, salary planning, probation assessment, promotion and succession planning process. Work closely with line managers to enhance and support their management capabilities and goals. Maintain strong attention to detail when it comes to data and seek ways to continuously improve practices and processes  Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, while remaining calm as you keep things moving. Manage and resolve various types of employee relations issues. Review and analyse business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, to recommend improvements. Partner with global people team to effectively design and implement global People projects across Business.  Focus on employee engagement, and surveys, maintain data, analyze results and gaps and suggest improvements. Act as a change agent in managing organizational change smoothly. Your Skillset What makes you a great fit for the team: At least 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner with a MNC. Strong business acumen to understand and support compensation and business planning process, as well as diagnose and support business challenges Comfortable in a fast-growing environment where you need to move quickly and balance multiple business priorities & projects. Excellent organization skills; experience managing project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively raising blockers or risks. Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism. A self-starter with strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Experience in employee relations, talent management programs, and stakeholder management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Expert in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and experience in managing global HR tools (e.g. Lattice, Bamboo) will be a plus. A problem solver, quick learner and people person.
